Racemic ketamine
The 50/50 mixture of R- and S-ketamine used off-label in most clinics.

Most US ketamine clinics administer racemic ketamine off-label via IV, IM, or oral routes. It contains both enantiomers and has broader receptor activity than esketamine alone.
