Sleep apnea

Severe untreated obstructive sleep apnea increases perioperative respiratory risk. Patients on CPAP should report this; some clinics request a recent sleep study.

Insomnia

Ketamine response often improves sleep over weeks. Some patients have temporarily disrupted sleep the night of a session.
