Editorial Independence & Commercial Disclosure Policy

Ketalux is an independent educational publisher. It is not a clinic, a prescriber, a treatment provider, or a patient broker. This page states plainly what money can and cannot buy here.

Quick answer
Can a provider pay for a better rating on Ketalux?
No. Providers cannot buy favorable reviews, higher organic placement, evidence ratings, comparison outcomes, or the removal of accurate information. Any future commercial relationship will be disclosed conspicuously next to the content it affects.

What commercial relationships never determine

  • Editorial conclusions on any page.
  • Organic ordering in directories, comparisons, or search results.
  • Ketalux evidence ratings, which follow published research only.
  • Safety assessments and risk descriptions.
  • Whether a provider is covered at all — paying and non-paying providers are equally eligible.

No veto rights

Providers, sponsors, and advertisers do not review copy before publication and hold no approval or veto rights over Ketalux content. We correct factual errors when they are demonstrated, through the same correction process available to any reader.

Disclosure standard

Where any commercial arrangement exists in the future — sponsorship, affiliate arrangement, or paid professional profile — the disclosure will appear near the affected content, not only in the footer, and will say who paid and for what. Sponsored material will be labeled as such and will never be presented as editorial evaluation.

Separation of methodology from commerce

Our evidence framework and provider comparison criteria are published in advance on the methodology page, so that anyone can check a conclusion against the stated criteria. Criteria are not adjusted for individual providers.

Medical review

Clinical pages carry an explicit review state. Where no qualified reviewer has yet been assigned, the page says medical review status: pending clinical review rather than implying a review that did not happen. See our content review process and editorial standards.

Conflicts of interest

Contributors disclose relevant financial relationships with ketamine clinics, telehealth platforms, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Contributors with a material conflict do not write or review the pages that conflict touches.
