What a published state page will contain

Each state record supports the following fields. Any field that has not been verified is left out rather than estimated:

  • State name and postal code, with the date the record was last checked
  • Verified provider-directory results for that state
  • Treatment modalities confirmed at verified clinics (IV, IM, oral, esketamine, KAP)
  • Telehealth considerations, each tied to a state or federal source
  • Regulatory notes, cross-linked to the federal regulatory tracker where relevant
  • Spravato (esketamine) availability, only when confirmed against the manufacturer's certified treatment-center locator
  • State crisis lines, health department pages, and consumer-protection resources
  • Questions worth raising with a provider about that state's specific rules
  • Source links for every claim on the page

Publication standard

A state record is publishable only when all of the following are true:

  • lastChecked date on the record
  • At least one verified provider record in the state, or an explicit 'none verified yet' note
  • Telehealth note with a primary source, or omitted entirely
  • Regulatory notes tied to a cited state or federal source
  • Spravato availability confirmed against the manufacturer's treatment-center locator, or left unverified
