Ketalux Visualizer
See your music take shape. An immersive visual way to experience the music you already love - audio-reactive colour, motion and form rendered live in your browser.
Choosing a music source
Music services differ in what a web page is allowed to hear. We are explicit about the difference rather than promising analysis that browsers do not permit.
- Directly analyzable audio - audio files you open from your own device, Ketalux Sound Lab tones, and browser or tab audio you deliberately share. In these cases the browser really does hand the audio to the page, so the visuals follow the waveform.
- Playback and handoff sources - Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, SoundCloud and Vimeo play inside their own protected players. Their raw audio is never exposed to this page. You can open them alongside the visualizer and, on supported desktop browsers, share that tab's audio yourself.
We never bypass DRM, authentication, or platform policies, and no copyrighted music is hosted here.
Browser support and permissions
- Local audio files work in every modern browser, desktop and mobile.
- Tab audio sharing is currently a desktop Chrome and Edge capability. Your browser asks permission each time and you choose exactly what to share.
- If 3D graphics are unavailable, the visualizer automatically switches to a lightweight 2D renderer.
Comfort and accessibility
The visuals are designed to be calm rather than strobing. Motion respects your system's reduced-motion setting, animation can be paused at any time, and every control is keyboard accessible. If moving imagery is uncomfortable, pause the animation and simply listen.
Privacy
Audio is processed entirely in your browser. Ketalux does not upload your files, store song titles, keep listening history, or connect visualizer use to anything else.
