- Weekly review on Sunday
Week 3
Relate
- One meaningful conversation per week
- One repair or boundary conversation if needed
- Reduce one consistently draining input
Week 4
Consolidate
- Long-form review of the month
- Identify what to keep, soften, or release
- Set the focus for the next month
- Schedule integration follow-up if applicable
