Within 24 hours
- Rest. Hydrate. Eat simply.
- Brief journal: one image, one feeling, one phrase — no analysis.
- Skip alcohol, intense media, conflict.
Days 2–3
- Slower journal: what came up? What changed?
- Gentle movement: walk, yoga, swim.
- Share with one trusted person, briefly.
Days 4–7
- Therapy or integration coaching session.
- Choose ONE small behavior shift to test this week.
- Reread your pre-session intention. What's true now?
Weekly review
- What's different in mood, sleep, energy?
- What's the same?
- What does the next week need from me?
